Issues dealing with sexual misconduct, sexual harassment and/or sexually explicit or inappropriate communication through social media	Contact the US Center for Safe Sport by filling out this form or calling (720) 524-5640.
Issues dealing with physical abuse, emotional abuse, criminal charges and the use, sale or distribution of illegal drug	Contact the USA Swimming Safe Sport thru this form or by emailing US swimming safe sport team
Issues dealing with known or suspected child abuse  or misconduct in the state of Pennsylvania	Contact both organizations: 1.) PA Department of Human Services by calling 1-800-932-0313 or submitting this form 2.) US Center for Safe Sport by filling out this form or calling (720) 524-5640
Issues dealing with peer-to-peer bullying, coach-athlete bullying, parent issues, violations of the ANSC Policies and violations of the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy.	Please refer to the ANSC Grievance Procedures to identify the appropriate place to report.
